This is a space to honor your body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing. I offer breathwork and somatic healing sessions designed to help you connect deeply with yourself, create space around all that is moving through you, and cultivate a sense of embodied agency.

My Approach

Agency-Centered & Personalized

Every session is uniquely tailored to you, honoring your individual needs, experiences, and intentions. I believe you are the expert of your own body, and my role is to support you in listening to its wisdom. We move entirely at your pace—there's no rush, no judgment and only gentle guidance as you explore what arises.

Trauma-Informed Practice

Safety is the foundation of all our work together. I create a container where you feel held, respected, and empowered to set boundaries and explore at your own comfort level. Your nervous system guides our journey, and we honor whatever emerges with compassion and curiosity.

Body-Led

Your body holds the story of your experiences, and it also holds the key to your healing. I believe in the profound wisdom of your somatic intelligence—your body's natural ability to regulate, release, and restore balance.

Breath as Bridge

Your breath serves as the bridge between conscious awareness and your autonomic nervous system. While I incorporate various breath patterns and techniques, I find conscious connected breathwork to be a beautiful tool in walking through this bridge and bring this breath into sessions regularly.

Somatic Awareness

We'll gently tune into the subtle sensations in your body—the places where you hold tension, the areas that feel alive with energy, and the spaces that feel nothing. Through mindful awareness, you'll learn to listen to your body's wisdom and respond with kindness.

Breath Connection

Your breath is a powerful tool for transformation. We'll explore different breathing techniques that help you:

  • Access deeper states of relaxation and clarity
  • Process emotions and experiences safely

Session Structure

Each session typically includes:

  • Grounding and centering to establish safety
  • Guided exploration of body sensations
  • Breath (we might explore the conscious connected breath or other styles, based on what is needed in your specific session)
  • Integration and reflection
  • Practical tools you can use between sessions

I provide guidance and support between sessions, helping you integrate the work into your daily life.
